I wondered the same thing. Sounds very odd to my ear to hear him say it that way.

I guess I am getting old, or jaded. This kind of stuff excites me less and less. I have an iPad with Logic Remote. Never use it. Purchased Lemur - never used it. Got TouchOSC - never use it. The list goes on. It seems like a nice thing to do, but in reality, I revert to old school keyboard and mouse...

So are you saying it will be released Feb 9, 2020 when the intro price expires? I didn’t see an actual release date.

Edit: I see the wording now says “Releases” so I am guessing it is available.

I think we are going to see more of this kind of thing. Like all the streaming services coming. People want to control Th entire widget.

I'm glad you said that - because it sounded really bad to me as well. BUT, I was listening on my iPad so I wasn't going to make any comments. Pretty much an easy pass for me.

I may have gotten to a place where these kinds of announcements just don't excite me. Is it possible I have everything I need to get my job done?

I find myself a lot more excited about doing smaller projects with real players in the room then buying yet another library.

I can easily say this is a instrument I don’t have. I have some brushes with AD, but I’ve never found them very useful. Certainly going to take a hard long look at this. Very excited. I was just needing some brushes the other day. Thanks Piet.

I have the Soundtoys plate. How does this compare? Suppose I could have more than one plate verb, but don’t know that I want to spend the $100

From what I’ve heard, Intel is having a hard time supplying Apple with chips. I think this is building a foundation so they can make the switch to ARM chips. And I think they have to strike a balance between the Macs used for audio and video/animation and other pro uses like development, AR...

What have you got Larry, a 2012 MP? I have heard that if I put a new Vid card in, it will be compatible, but I haven't taken the plunge yet.

Logic Pro got some Keynote time - up to 1000 audio tracks and 1000 VI tracks now available in Logic. No word on when the Logic update will hit.

I know a couple people who took his live class in LA and had really great things to say about it. Glad to see it’s available in this format. I don’t think it’s right for me right now, but I’ll bet it’s worth the admission fee.
