Anyone using Wormhole regularly? Guy? Have you found new uses for it?

I have many of their other plugins and love them, but this one seems like it would get less use than the others, so I've held off. Now at $96 I'm looking again. The high CPU use is always a factor, but I've learned to lay stuff to tape then turn it off. And I've gotten use to fiddling with it depending on the source material to get the least amount of garble. But this just doesn't seem to fit in my toolbox for anything, like an alien wrench, but perhaps I'm missing something. Good experiences?...

Edit: They have a design bundle upgrade if you have Adaptiverb and Morph (which I do) which makes wormhole $89 without the sale.... The stakes keep getting raised. ;)

Edit: And of course Audio Deluxe brings the bundle upgrade down to $75.50 in cart. I suppose I should wait to see if there is a further sale on it. But didn't realize until now I could have gotten Wormhole for $76 all along. Hmmm.

Opinions on it are welcome.

Thanks X. I didn't buy wormhole after the trial... I was a little disappointed in it really, it felt like a product in search of a purpose, Zynaptiq have made products that are very much purpose-driven in the past. It can do some nice things, but my impression was I could do all those things another way. However, for convenience at that price it might be tempting.

CPU - yeah good lord Adaptiverb is pretty punishing, but I do like it.

Thanks, this was my feeling too. I'll listen to the demos again but I'm at that point, like with libraries, that I kind of like giving them a pass if I don't need it, saves money, time learning, keeping track of updates... the less the better. :)
