They were showing this at NAMM. I had no idea it was going to be free. Thanks for letting us know, Laura!

Best,

Geoff

Thanks so much, Laura. I have all the SoundToys plugins and they are great, so I'm sure this will be a welcome addition to my collection.

Thanks for the hint. Got it immediately after reading this thread. Not just another reverb for sure.

Finally had time to install and have a bit of a play. It IS fun!

The best trick here is the ability to move playback in the X (time) and Y (shape) axis. So it's a bit like granular effects, but with reverb - best suited to special effects and pads. There doesn't seem to be any built in modulators (what is called mod seems to be a fixed chorus effect), but happily they have them built in to Cubase now so it was a first chance for me to play with those. On a slow patch you can move through reverberant chord changes, or indeed sung melodies, at will. There's good scope on short reverb / delays too, lots of tone and pitch changing goodness.

What a freebie, grab it before it becomes not-a-freebie.

…and there’s a gated “In the Air Tonight” preset! (Pretty cool actually, add a little flanging and play the fill, you’re right there 😉)
