Orchestral Tools "Cetra"

This is an odd one, very reasonably priced at 119 Euros. It's a collection of vintage stringed instruments ranging from lute to tenor guitars to a somewhat inexplicable resonator.
I say "inexplicable" because like all the other instruments (11 in all) it's played so lightly that it's hard to understand the use of it. All the instruments sound nicely sampled and quite mellow. I can see how some of them could be used in a Renaissance context, that and gentle folk music are the directions they've gone here.
For modern acoustic tone I'd be more likely to recommend the Elfimov and Orange Tree offerings, however, this has its place for a more vintage sound. Greensleeves, anyone?
