Pulsing percussion sounds. Any library or software?

Hi all,
How are pulsing percussion sounds like the ones in these tracks created? Do people still use Stylus RMX or any specific library?

I do use Stylus for this sometimes, I take almost any busy loop and take the envelope right down to just a tiny bit of decay. Tends to have quite a lot of movement and life in it doing it this way, and then I often add some filter or effects. It's never recognisable.
But Omni (and third party) do have a lot of good stuff pre-baked like this too.

I just took a look - The Unfinished's Colossus has quite a few.

The Colossus and Amara Omni soundsets (and others) from The UnFinished have some of these types of sounds. Also, take a look at the Drumstruck series (Kontakt) from The UnFinished, particularly Drumstruck 4 and 5. Those are pretty good.
For top rhythms, Rhythmus from Naroth Audio. Kontakt instrument. They’re not around anymore, but you can still buy it over at Pulse Audio I believe. He had a couple of other versions (Dark Rhythmus and PolyRhythmus or something like that) that are solid as well.
Lastly, take a listen to the Mobilis series (Kontakt) from The Very Loud Indeed Co. This one is heavier than the music examples you have above, but their percussive layers are velocity controlled.
Outside of those, maybe also try developers like Keepforest and Heaviocity.
Hope that helps!

Thanks so much for the detailed response. I'll check these out!

I almost never go much past Omni for these things (and as Guy mentioned, Stylus), both with some variable filtering.
When a piece needs a more industrial/techno flavor, Damage is totally awesome and seemingly endless in its loop variations. A little goes a long way though, level-wise.
