Sounds like my cup of tea that. Although the synth patches are the kind of thing I do with Zebra to some extent.

Re: Arturia MatrixBrute Analog Synthesizer
Terrible video, but the specs look amazing. And knowing Arturia it'll be pretty competitively priced.
I rather like the Minibrute, it's nicely aggressive.
But that matrix, 256 patch spaces, analogue effects... those are great specs.
All this AND the OB6 in one day! *faints*

Oddly enough. The more I hear of it, the less I think "that's something I can't already do". Gonna pass... for now.

I hardly ever write epic music, but... might be worth buyiong just because it sounds so much bloody fun!
Especially as I just bought Symphobia 1. Could be quite massive to combine them.

Studio equipment for sale - Korg, Akai, RME, Mackie etc.
Well, I thought I'd kick this forum off! I'm going to be putting some stuff on Ebay shortly (all being sold to make room for new kit), but thought I'd share it on here before I do. Only selling in the UK. For sale: RME HDSPe AIO audio interface - £300 Drawmer LX20 compressor - £75 Korg DRV 1000 reve...

Re: Your Holiday Hauls
Annoyingly, if I can't justify a purchase for any music projects, my brain leaps and goes "But it'd be great for a sound design project!"

Re: Your Holiday Hauls
I've finally actually spent some money and grabbed the Moog Filter from UAD. Also ended up upgrading to Komplete 10 from 7. Not a Black Friday deal, but was only £20 more expensive than buying Battery 4 and Monark that I wanted. So I essentially get a bunch of pianos and other stuff for that £20. No...

Re: Your Holiday Hauls
Got myself a Korg MS20 Mini (not really a Black Friday deal!).
Am planning to pick a couple of things up from UAD and NI, but not sure what yet precisely (though Battery 4 and Monark are definites).
Plus... I don't seem to be able to keep off Ebay at the moment. Gaaah!

Re: ALCHEMY2 Resurrection Patchpool
People sometimes ask me where I find the time to make all the synth patches I do. But I'm waaaaaay Behind Simon. He constanlty seems to be working on four or five excellent soundsets at any give time. Crazy man.

Re: Black Friday - the essential guide
I highly recommend signing up with Audiodeluxe, who often shave off a little bit extra from these sales prices. I've bought quite a few mixing plugs via them and have never had any issues.

Re: Universal Audio Compressors & Limiters Up To 60% Off
I have several UAD compressors and EQs, cannot fault any of them. The Fairchild and LA2A collections are great, as are the Pultec and Neve EQs.
The current prices are so good, I almost feel like buying them again! But that would be amdness.

Re: Eventide Anthology X Bundle 40% Off Until 10-30
Since I've already got a tone of UAD stuff and all the Soundtoys, erm, toys... I find it difficult to justify getting all these however good they are. Though I dare say there are one or two nice plugs, like the Harmonizers, that do something different. Shame that many of them aren't available indivi...
