Just slllightly nervous here. I bought and added my iLok ID name as part of the process. The license didn't come through, and I got an auto generated email saying "An issue was encountered when adding your purchase to your iLok account. Please contact us for support, including your iLok ID".

I did that yesterday, no reply as yet, and nothing has appeared in my iLok account.

I'm sure it's fine and it will just take a few working days to get round to me, but since I've never encountered a failure to deploy a license before I am a tad concerned that Krotos may be in trouble, hence the sale. Will report back as and when I hear from them.

Just to update that the license got deposited today, so good on that score.

I'm not too enamoured with it though on a first play. First it has crashed Cubase twice just browsing the files with an audio input. Second, when it is working I'm finding I can't increase the release beyond something very sharp which often sounds unnatural. I have decay in the transients and release in the main both set to maximum.

Bought it as well and ran into your same problem, Guy. Sent a message and am waiting for a response. Looks like just the thing for me, for light SFX work.
