The Rockwell Retro Encabulator

Post by Guy Rowland »

I think this qualifies to be in The Arts section.

In case you've never seen it, here's the sales video for Rockwell Automation's Retro Encabulator. You might not know what one is, but 2 minutes spent watching this will realise just how much you really need one.

So this came up online again - as it tends to every year or so - and I got to wondering how it ever got made. And I found an interview with the brilliant actor who did it, Mike Kraft:

Still one of the greatest videos in Internet history 🙂

Thank goodness they finally got that side-fumbling under control, it was really interfering with the magneto-reluctance of my fluxes' linear-phase detractors.
